Confessions of my heart

I sprained my ankle!cant really walk now with the bandage around my ankle with totally NO one care about me including the ones who are SUPPOSED to.I am staying ALONE in my house like a useless guy unable to go anywhere although i have my car with me.There will be no dinner for me tonight as there is NO one who is willing to eat with me or 'da bao' for me.Actually I am very sad and down now,not because of my injured leg,it is because of U.I am actually very confused now for whether I should put the blame on U or not.I know that your exam is over and U should go out, enjoy with your friends. But,if U look at another side of it,I am here alone with an injured leg which is difficult for me to move around although I know that it is not so serious. But,does it mean that my injury is not important to U?I really don't know what U think at all sometimes. It is really hard for me to understand U,do U know that?Alot of things I did my very best for U,I've always placed U as my first priority in my life now.Even that day when U are sick and I was in Penang.I have to drive ALL the way back from Penang just to be with U when you are sick although initially I planned to drive back the next day.During that time,do U know how tiring it was for me to drive to and flow from Penang? But I never complain and say A WORD at ALL.Now that i am injured, cant U just stay with me for a day?U cant because I know that to U,I am NOT IMPORTANT at ALL.U choose to go to sing karaoke with your friends at a time where i needed U the most.U asked me yesterday whether U should go to ipoh or not. Therefore,i order not to make U feel unhappy,i asked U to decide for yourself whether U choose to stay with me or go.I thought that U will choose to stay with me,but...U really hurt my heart with that.Sometimes,I was wondering whether should I take into heart for all this small matter?Really at times i feel guilty to say it out and tell U when i am sad because i really scare that you are unhappy. My ankle is injured and U still have the mood to enjoy?U really make me so disappointed with this.I feel that every things related to me is not of your business and NOT IMPORTANT.actually,i can feel that i am nobody for U when you are back in JB where during that time U can meet your friends and families. Now only i realized that your friends are more important for U which U can live W/O ME but U cant live w/o them.I am not trying to gain sympathy here nor am i trying to make you sad and let the whole world know that you are guilty.Just that i feel so disappointed with U now,I feel really sad and down for your action. This is the reason i am typing this post. This way,i can confess everything that i keep in my heart and it will be easy for people to know what am i thinking.Seriously,i really feel guilty to make U feel bad and sad if U read this.I really don't mean to.Hope that U will understand.

*PS:For my friends,i dont mean U when i said that NO one can have dinner with me.I just mentioned about someone else. Thanks for the concern.

Justice for Toeh Beng Hock!

Was Teoh Beng Hock killed upstairs and then his body placed downstairs to make it appear like he jumped out of the window? Look at the two pictures below and see the difference. Judging by the photo of Tan Kian Chong, it appears like Teoh did not really fall but his body was placed there after he died.

NO HOLDS BARRED
Raja Petra Kamarudin

Student Tan Kian Chong was found dead at the bottom of Apartmen Vista Angkasa in Kampung Kerinchi yesterday, suspected of falling down 16 floors. See the 'mess'. And eyewitnesses said they heard an 'explosion' when his body hit the ground while his blood was splattered right up to the second floor of the building.
See how 'clean' Teoh's death is.

To:

1. Why did MACC not inform Teoh's family immediately when the body was found at 1.30pm on the 16th July?

Teoh has his wallet with him and he could be identified easily. Why did MACC not informed his family immediately which is the normal practice.

2. When did Teoh news break out?

Teoh death was not known until 6pm. What happened between 1.30pm and 6pm at the MACC?

3. When was Teoh release? Or was he ever released?

MACC claimed that Teoh was released at 3.45am on the 16th July. However the fact that MACC still kept his handphone shows that he was never released and was in custody until he was found dead.

4. Did Teoh ever left the MACC Building ?

No, he didn't. The CCV recording at the entrance only shows him entering the MACC but there was no recording that he left MACC.

5. Was Teoh a witness or suspect?

MACC claimed Teoh was a witness after he is dead. However they refused to allow a lawyer to accompany Teoh during the interrogation and claimed they have the right to question him for 24 hours without allowing anyone to see him - this clearly shows that Teoh was arrested as a suspect.

6. When was Teoh last seen in MACC building?

He was last seen at 6am in the pantry.

7. When is the time of death of Teoh Beng Hock?

According to the autopsy report, Teoh Beng Hock was dead at around 8 - 9am.

8. Why is the MACC door kept closed at 1.35pm?

Malaysiakini reporter Rahmah Ghazali, found out that the MACC door was closed at between 1.25pm and 1.40pm. It was reopen at 1.50pm. Why is it so? MACC should be operating on a 24 hour basis and therefore the door shouldn't be closed. "Coincidently", Teoh's body was found at 1.30pm. What is MACC doing behind closed door?

9. Why is Teoh's body not removed until 9.15pm?

Nobody is allowed to have a glimpse at the body and Teoh's body was not removed until 9.15pm. Why does it take so long to remove the body? Are they trying to hide something?

10. Why is MACC lying about Teoh's handphone?

MACC claimed that all belongings have been returned to Teoh when he was "released" at 3.45am. However the police confirmed that they got Teoh's Handphone from MACC. Why is MACC lying? It is obvious that Teoh's handphone contains important information.

11. Why is the police classifying Teoh's death as a sudden death but not murder?

The questions that the police pose to Teoh families shows that the police already presume that Teoh committed suicide and tries to mislead the family. The police is clearly protecting "someone".

Timeline of the incident:

15th July 5.00pm Teoh Beng Hock was brought to MACC hq

16th July 3.45am MACC claimed Teoh was released(cctv shows he never left the building)

6.00am Teoh was last seen in the pantry

8.00am Teoh was dead

1.25pm MACC front door was suspiciously closed

1.30pm Teohh Body was found lying at the fifth floor balcony

6.00pm News about Teoh dead was made to known publicly

9.15pm Teoh's body was removed

My 'H1N1' check up?

Well, this is really a very funny story that I am going to tell the public. So the story goes like this...

I started to fall sick last week, which is on last saturday when I was back in Penang, my lovely hometown and my condition got worst on sunday where i had a very bad flu. Thus, I have suspected that the flu had infected me from the people at the PC Fair when I went there on Saturday. Well, it did not bother me much as I do not go for a medical check up even though I am afraid that I might caught H1N1. Then I still remember on Monday, 10/8/09, when I woke up at 8.35am to prepare for my class, I found out that I had my 2nd worst sick for this year. When I stood up,my eyes feel very pain and my head feel a little heavy. Worst still, I feel like I am about to collapse anytime soon and at that time, I am in a very blur state. That makes me skip both of my classes on that day because i was unable to attend the class. So, the whole day I was not feeling well with my back ached and a very bad flu. The feeling is so unbearable it makes me feel like want to sleep whole day without eat and bath. At mid-night about 12am plus, for fear of infected H1N1, ah seang, my roomate offered to fetch me to the nearby Kampar Hospital for a medical check up.yeah, i have to really thank him here.thank you seang. ok, so to continue my story, here comes the funny part.Well, as I went to the counter to register myself for the check up, there was this FAT malay nurse or receptionist woman who attend to me. The first thing that came out from her mouth was "Kenapa?". Oh man, I was wearing a mask that cover my mouth and she ask me why I want to register! Then I told her, I have a flu and I suspect that I have H1N1.After she heard what I've told her,she replied me that it is just a normal flu only and why I go there!wth wei...!!then, she asked do I have symtoms like cough, I said I have. She added by asking whether do I have fever or soar throat where I reply I do not have. When she heard this, she started to talk to me in a higher tone. She said that it is just a normal sick and that there are alot of people still waiting for their turn. So she proceed by asking whether I really want to wait for my turn. She also said that it is very difficult for the to have a blood test at night because there is no doctor available! She even asked me to go back for the check up the next morning lo!wth wei...!!!What kind of service is this??She said that I must have ALL this symtoms before I go for the medical check up.Well, ALL the symtoms??Do they mean that wait till I am about to DIE and left 10% surviving rate then only I can go for the check up?No wonder the death rate of H1N1 is increasing day by day...because of the "Tidak Apa" attitude of the staff of the General Hospitals! How can they take it so lightly when H1N1 is so serious now? This is really a nonsense words that came out from her mouth!Really feel like want to report her!I have the right to get medical attention ok!?Violation of my human rights!lol..

Royal Commission of Inquiry set up!

Yeah! Finally and luckily our PM has granted the wish of most Malaysians to set up an inquest to investigate the murder of Teoh Beng Hock. Before I proceed, I would like to express my sincere condolences to all the families of Teoh Beng Hock especially his wife to be. Hope that justice will prevail and the truth will be found out soon.It is really shock and sad to here that an innocent witness has fallen to his death. What is Malysia now?It hangs on a big question mark now.Even now MACC cannot be trusted. Initially, MACC was set up by Pak Lah a few months ago to replace the then ACA. It turn out to be a good and fair commission in my point of view at first because they really take the effort to burst corruption. But my confidence on them fade away when this case happened. Even MACC is corrupted. If you were to read the news from Malaysia Today that I have posted here, they are actually so so corrupted. MACC is as corrupt as the seas in Malaysia! They use force and they killed Beng Hock. Who should we trust now???Hope the case will be solved as soon as possible and punish the murderer!

Thumbs up to Royal Commission of Inquiry!

PUTRAJAYA: The Cabinet has agreed to set up an inquest into the death of political aide Teoh Beng Hock as well as a Royal Commission of Inquiry to look into the interrogation methods used on him by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC).
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak said the Cabinet during its meeting Wednesday also decided that the inquest into Teoh’s cause of death would be headed by a magistrate as dictated by law.
It will be up to the courts to decide which magistrate would be in charge of the inquest, he added.
Najib said the courts had already been notified of the Cabinet decision and he expected the inquest to begin sometime next week.
“The Royal Commission will be set up according to specific terms, which is to scrutinise and study the procedures related to interrogations that are used by the MACC. It will also identify if there were any violations of human rights during Teoh’s interrogation.
“The members of the Commission will be announced later ,” he told a press conference here Wednesday.
He said the investigations by the Royal Commission were necessary to ensure there was no repeat of such incidents and the steps being taken mirrored the Government’s commitment to finding out the cause of death so that Teoh’s family and the public can know what really happened.
Teoh, 30, was found dead on the fifth floor of Plaza Masalam in Shah Alam last Thursday after giving his statement to the Selangor MACC which had been investigating allegations that certain state assemblymen had misused constituency funds.
Teoh, Selangor executive councillor Ean Yong Hian Wah’s political secretary, was not a suspect but had been questioned as a witness.
Najib said that in line with the 1Malaysia concept of “People First, Performance Now,” he had told the Cabinet that government institutions were created to protect the people’s rights and interests, and as such they cannot act against or neglect these interests or act beyond the country’s laws and Constitution.
He said the Cabinet also ordered the Home Ministry and the police to complete the investigations into the Teoh’s death as soon as possible and he was told that it would be ready within the next few days.
He said the report would be made public when it was completed and he would personally meet with Teoh’s family to explain to them the findings.
He also said that Cabinet members were just as anxious to know the cause of death and hoped that all parties would be patient and refrain from making statements that could cause confusion or create the wrong perception on the issue while the investigations were still ongoing.
He also called on all parties not to politicise Teoh’s death.
The following are Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak’s responses to questions from the media:
Was there any pressure to form the Commission?Najib: No. It’s because we want to establish the truth and it’s important for us to ensure public faith and confidence in important institutions that we have in this country.
When do you think the police can complete their investigations? What kind of time frame will be set?I know that the police can wrap up their investigations very soon. I think we are talking about a matter of days. For the magistrate (on the inquest), I don’t want to put a time frame because that is up to the magistrate to decide (on when it should be held). The Royal Commission will be established quite soon.
The investigation by the Royal Commission, will it be into Teoh’s death? It will be on the procedures (of MACC interrogations). The inquest will look into Teoh’s death,
Who will be the members of the Commission? We will announce this later.
Have you named the magistrate? No, that is up to the court to decide. We have taken steps to notify the court of the need to convene an inquest. So I expect the inquest to start some time within next week.
There’s an online news portal (saying) that the MACC has suspended their investigation into the alleged misuse of constituency funds by Selangor exco members. No, we cannot have any presumption (of guilt). We have to wait for the results of the investigations first.
What will the Commission investigate? It will be on the (MACC’s) procedures relating to its investigation, not the investigation on Teoh’s death and the normal investigations conducted by the MACC.
Has the MACC investigation team been suspended? They have not been suspended, but the lead investigator has been reassigned to the (MACC) headquarters. We cannot have a presumption of guilt.
Will the Commission investigate Teoh’s death? No, the death will be left to the inquest. The inquest on the cause of death is conducted by a magistrate, so we have to follow the law (Zulkifli and Dharmender, 2009).

Teoh’s death probe: No CCTV footage of him leaving building

SHAH ALAM: Initial viewing of the closed circuit television recordings shows political aide Teoh Beng Hock entering the Plaza Masalam building here where the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) has its office on the afternoon of July 15, but there is no footage showing him coming out.
Selangor police chief Deputy Comm Datuk Khalid Abu Bakar said his men were trying to determine the sequence of events that led to Teoh’s death.
The MACC, investigating the alleged misuse of constituency funds by Selangor state representatives, had taken in Teoh for questioning last Wednesday, July 15. It was the last time he was seen alive by the outside world.
The MACC said it had released Teoh at about 3:45 on July 16, after nearly eight hours of interrogation. A janitor found his body at 1:30pm that day on the fifth floor of Plaza Masalam.
“We are comparing the post-mortem report; we have found that death occurred four to five hours before his body was found,” DCP Khalid said.
He added that police were also looking into the possibility of underworld links in the case, and said that the investigation was about 60% complete.
On Sunday, police took documents from the MACC office here, as well as CCTV recordings from Plaza Masalam, as part of its investigation.
The police will call in three men -- two assemblymen and a municipal councillor -- this week to record their statement, he added.
“We need needs the cooperation of Sri Kembangan assemblyman Ean Yong Hian Wah, Kota Alam Shah assemblyman M. Manoharan and Kajang Municipal councillor Tan Boon Wah to help in the investigations,” he said.
Teoh, a former journalist, was Ean Yong’s political secretary.
DCP Khalid said that Ean Yong and Manoharan were needed for the investigation as the two had spoken to Teoh before he was taken into MACC custody.
“We need to know what transpired at that time,” he said.
He said that police had contacted Tan to have his statement recorded, but he refused to go to the police station.
He added that Tan had lodged a police report at the Shah Alam police station but he refused to come in for a detailed statement.
“This leaves us no choice but to issue a notice under Section 111 of the Criminal Procedure Code to summon him to the police station,” he said.
Earlier Monday at the Selangor Police Contingent here, Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Musa Hassan, who had a three-hour closed door meeting with DCP Khalid and other officers, said the police will wrap up the case as soon as possible (Rajendra, 2009)
